WAILUKU TOWN

The PARK MAUI program in Wailuku Town aims to improve accessibility, reduce congestion, and enhance the overall parking experience for residents, workers, and visitors. With the upcoming opening of the new Wailuku Garage, the program will further alleviate the parking shortage in the area, providing additional parking options for the community.

Wailuku parking updates:

The first floor of the Wailuku Garage is open to the public. All-day permit parking is available on the upper floors of the garage for eligible Wailuku residents and employees.
A 2-hour time limit applies per day between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Saturday.
Wailuku employees can register for an Employee Parking Permit to receive FREE* parking in the new Wailuku Garage. More details on FREE* Wailuku Employee Parking Permit. Registered permit holders will be notified via email as soon as permit parking in the Wailuku Garage is available.

Those who reside within the residential boundary on or near Vineyard Street and Church Street in Wailuku, may register for a Wailuku Neighborhood Parking Permit to park overnight in the Wailuku Garage for FREE* from 11 pm to 5 am. More details on FREE* Wailuku Neighborhood Permit.

*Initially, parking will be free, with the expectation that fees will apply in the future, pending approval by the Maui County Council.

If your residence is located within the area on/near Vineyard and Church Street in Wailuku located on the neighborhood map, you may qualify for overnight parking in the Wailuku Garage.

FREE on-street parking (2 hour time limit per day)

2 hours FREE in Wailuku Garage, $1 for each additional hour

Fees apply daily from 8 am to 6 pm

FREE on-street parking (2 hour time limit per day)

$1 an hour in Wailuku Garage and ‘Iao Theater Parking Lot (maximum $10 per day) or purchase a weekly/monthly parking pass

* Parking fees do not apply on County of Maui holidays
